Follow the money... Does everyone know how the group doing the
landfill aquired all the property along Otis Road? Do some coj.net
property searches along with some curcuit court record searches and
you'll be surprised of what you might find... It looks like some
palms were greased...

I believe the previous writer (who remains unidentified) asserted that if we dig deeper into the property and public records,  we would be intrigued by the findings of the monies spent and the spenders who spent the money or the implication of the politics behind the property rights specifically cited.

I can’t say for sure but from the looks of these transactions it appears to be a great deal for the three mentioned below…

We all know the "Mr." who got richer off Otis Rd. My question is since he lives out there why in the world (even though $ is involved) would he want a landfill that close to his families homes???

Think about it, this has been in the works for years…  He lives down at the other end over a mile away by design and won’t have much if any traffic by his house.  It is a personal dump for his company…  The ground water moves South East so of course he isn’t worried… 

 

With some of the good old boys leaving the council, it appears to have been rushed through…  Besides, he can move whenever he likes to some other part of town and do the same thing…

So sad that since the residence in this section of town do not have money and power like other areas of town that the City or any other government official could give 2 craps about us.  Plus if he made lots of money all he will do is move.  People over here should get together and make a stronger voice and maybe these types of things would not happen.
