office. He has asked that the next meeting be on Thurs, Nov 4, because
he will be out of town. Because of early voting, the large room we have
been using is not available until that date. That will give all parties
time to prepare and notify the community. We still have the room
reserved for Tues., October 12. Do we still want to meet then and maybe
reorganize? Please let me know your opinions, as I have promised Ms Lane

I agree that we need to continue with the next meeting on October 12th to make sure we are all in agreement with what our action plan and suggestions/questions should be. It might clear up any ' I thought you said ' stuff. The meeting on November 4th is fine.
What might be helpful for everyone is to recap the meeting notes via e-mail- to jogg everyone's memory about what the city rep's said they were going to get back with us on and what they say they are going to do, ( such as a traffic study of Beaver and Chaffee).
I have a gripe about all the big dirt trucks going down old plank- those trucks are huge and appear to be going over the speed limit. Where are they taking all that dirt? I guess they are trying to avoid Beaver and Chaffee- but I disagree with all those trucks using Old Plank.
