How to file a zoning complaint with the COJ

To file a complaint for the Zoning of the property at the end of Chaffee Road S follow the instructions below:

 

1.       Go to: http://ecare.coj.net/AddRequest.aspx

2.       Select Code Enforcement in the Search By Category dropdown. 

3.       Select Zoning-Land Use in the Issue Description.

4.       Within the Text box type the following:
RE 006572 0150 is being used in violation of Section 656.408 of the Zoning Code as it is being used to provide ingress/egress from a public right-of-way for construction of a road.  This developer should  stop all activities that involve using this property until it is rezoned accordingly.

5.       Select the Next Button.

6.       Select Yes to the question Is this issue at an intersection?

7.       Enter Old Plank and select Road in the Street Type dropdown.

8.       Select the Get Intersections button and pick Chaffee RD N.

9.       Select Next.

10.   Fill in your contact information.

11.   Select Next.

12.   Select Submit.
