the next meeting

Because of conflicting schedules and meeting room availability at the
Library, the next meeting with Daniel Davis and city staff will be on
Monday, November 22, at 7pm. I hate that there will be so much down
time. It couldn't be helped. We hope that, by then, the different
departments from the city will be ready to give us the information we
requested.
My goal is to get signs out by Friday morning at the major
intersections to notify anyone not on the email list or Facebook. Please
help me spread the word to neighbors and friends. It is important that
we show the city that we have not forgotten and want answers! We have
their attentions now and attendance at the meetings if very important!
The more people that show up to the meetings, the louder our message.

With Daniel no longer our councilman why don't we try and get meetings with the
"at large" representatives? Ronnie Fussell is one and he lives on the westside.

So we just get hung out in the wind – this project goes through without any concerns, representation, or voice for the citizens of the Westside.  Isn’t this typical of politics lately????????????????????

Has anyone contacted Doyle Carter?  He held the seat prior to Mr. Davis and is running for re-election.  I'm sure that he may still have some influence with the counsel in regards to associations and having friends on the counsel that will listen.  Additionally, he's trying to get re-elected.  His ear maybe more atune to the voters and their needs than some of the others.  Ronnie Fussell, was NEVER any help to the people in Whitehouse in my opinion.

It's evident that the rd is going thru...however the issue of traffic on the existing Chaffee Rd (as well as safety) seems to be our issue. 

Let's not put all our eggs in one basket; looking to 1 person/representative (from the Westside) to help out.  What about the other "at large" councilpersons.  They are elected to represent every district. (list below)

The DRI was updated in 2007 but they appear to have neglected to properly post signage at the Chaffee road end on the project.  Does anyone remember signage being placed for rezoning at the end of Chaffee Road and Old Plank in the March/April timeframe in 2007 or did anyone within 300 feet receive any letters?  Note the attachment in the attached doc, has the original DRI.

There was a house there.  No notice of a sign.  You may find out when the house came down?  I know it was up for sale but that was the only 'sign' I recall.

The property with the house was never rezoned nor part of any DRI.  The property next to it, where the AT&T utility  equipment is located should of had a sign if there was any zoning changes.  See attached email from August 19th...
