Good morning, Westside Housing Group!

Per our last meeting with the wonderful ALA Senior Housing representatives Rachel Caraviello and Miriam Hall, a questionnaire intended to gauge interest in a potential roommate matching program is attached.

Please review the attachment and send any feedback, questions, or concerns you may have.

Additionally, please have your willing consumers/participants/clients complete the questionnaire.  Please return the questionnaires to me so that I can then return them in an organized fashion to our contacts at ALA Senior Housing.  Please note that the questionnaire does not, at this point, ask for any identifying information.

Questionnaires can be scanned/emailed to ldy...@ndvets.org or faxed to my attention at (310) 914-5495.
