Saturday, September 24, Moving Planet Day:

On September 24, on the streets of Boston, join a worldwide event—Moving Planet—calling on our elected leaders, businesses, and communities to get serious about moving beyond fossil fuels. WRSE is organizing our neighborhood to participate. Meet at Highland Commuter Rail Station (end of Corey St.) to take the 2:16 train to South Station. It’s a short walk to Columbus Waterfront Park for pre-rally activities and the rally, which starts at 3:50. We’ll hand out T-shirts and reusable bags while supplies last. For more information visit Moving Planet-New England. For details about the WRSE “move” contact Gretchen O’Neill, gretche...@earthlink.net or 617-694-6407. Let us know you will be joining the West Roxbury contingent on the 24th!
