The West Roxbury Neighborhood Council (Zoning) will hear neighbors’ views about a
proposed development at 1225 Centre Street that will endanger a rare vernal pool
in Allandale Woods close to Springhouse and the Sophia Snow House. The
developer wants to put four 30’ high units on .33 acres of land that is inside the
100 foot wetland buffer. Only one unit is allowed under
the zoning rules.
