Tuesday October 16, 2018 at 7:30 pm at the Area E Police Station in West Roxbury
• 436 Baker Street:
a. Purpose: Construct a new 20 X 24 single level garage with deck above.
b. Violations:
i. Application of dimensional regulations. Article 56 section 40.7
ii. Off street parking & loading req. Access and Maneuverability not within lot.
è Results: 4 to 0 in support of the applicant.
• 11 Swan Street:
a. Purpose: Construct new rear addition to existing single-family dwelling
b. Violations: Floor Area Ratio Excessive.
è Results: 4 to 0 in support of the applicant.
• 111 Belle Ave:
a. Purpose: Demolish enclosed porch and rebuild attached addition to existing footprint. Propose 10 by 16 foot deck with a roof, landing and stairs to the back door and shed roof over the existing basement stairs.
b. Violations: Front yard insufficient
