You could try going to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and try uninstalling Red Alert 3. Then do a fresh install from your RA3 DVD, install the 1.12 patch and you should be all set to play again.
Have you installed the game five times on different computers? From what I see, you are not authorized to play it for some reason. I'd report the issue directly to EA (if the disc is legal, of course).
As previously announced here, MEMX Equities released version 1.12 of its MEMO FIX, MEMO SBE, and FIX Drop specifications. This functionality is now available in Production and the MEMX Development Environment (MDE). Members that would like to upgrade to version 1.12 should reach out to Market Ops.
Hi!
The mail function does not send alerts for new internal notes.
if we transfer the tickets, or create a new ticket, the function mail works well, but I need to receive a notification by mail to the agents of the department to which the ticket is assigned when internal notes are published.
I enable New Internal Note Alert in settings but dont work!!
If you would review the Internal Activity Notice recipients you will see that only the Last Responding Agent, the Assigned Agent/Team, or the Deparment Manager will be the only people who could get the notice. If you aren't getting a notice then you probably don't have an Assigned Agent/Team, Department manager, or you aren't the last responding agent.
Good afternoon @KevinTheJedi , everything you comment is activated, the internal activity notice, the assignment to an agent and a team and to the department manager. Could it be that you have configured something else and that you have not commented on it?
It is the only alert that does not send mail.
Thanks for the help
The caveats are that you have to have an Assigned Agent/Team to the ticket OR Last Responding Agent OR have a Department Manager set. If you still don't get the alert then it's because you yourself posted the Internal Note and the system won't send the alert to yourself (because you posted the note obviously).
Hi there. I am having troubles launching RA 3 through the client. I simply get the message "Unable to Launch RA 3".
I am on a WIN 10 system, with the game through the EA Launcher as the Ultimate Collection.
I've tried, and seemingly managed, to install the launcher fix but still it gives me the same error.
Anything more I can try?
hi, i have the same problems, i downloaded the game from "elamigos" and when i try to login it spawns the same prompt "Unable to launch Red Alert 3" i have the version 1.12, its because i pirated it ?
Running version 1.12 from the Ultimate Collection on the EA store, used to be called Origin.
Also... After that. Tried connecting with a friend using Radmin VPN, through the Multiplayer -> Network (LAN) and we couldn't even find each other there, either. Tried Radmin in other games like RB6 Vegas 2, just to verify that it was working, and it works perfectly, but not C&C3 or Red Alert 3. There is something wrong with these games in general, I think.
I found that, thank you. It did launch the game, but unfortunately I was already working on the next problem "unable to connect... etc" .... to solve that, I made all the .exe files run as admin, in the compatibility tab of properties. I was able to login and see other games! Took all night to figure this out, but hopefully I get a chance to test if an actual game connects and plays.
I tried this but it didn't work. I set RA3.exe, RA3Launcher.exe, and EA Games all to run on admin mode. I downloaded the fix and I ran the installer. I ran c&c online on admin mode but I still get "unable to launch Red Alert 3"
error
the ea app pops up a message saying (an error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later)
BTW the game when i open the game normally from the exe RA3.exe it opens up a luncher to choose between RA3 or RA3 Up rising
Idk why but doing the same proccess again seemed to have worked, i think you are not allowed to have the ea app open.
to describe my steps, fresh install of ra3(copy the the cdkey that is in the ea app for the game and close it when you have it), set the ra3.exe properties to admin (not launcher), install the patch (make sure to paste the cdkey if you get prompted for missing keys) start cnc online and hook the game and then close it, start ea app and launch the game, cnc online will appear after you select the version in the launcher, click ra3 and wait, it should launch eventually and lobbies should be visible after login.
The unofficial 1.12.6 patch for Red Alert 3 has been released. It includes 29 new bugfixes, including the fix for one banned exploit, raising the total bugfix count to 64. Many prior graphical additions were reverted and new, more practical changes have been made. The patch comes in the form of skirmish/multiplayer map packs which can not be properly transferred online (so each player must download them from the original source individually), which will become ranked on the C&C:Online server. Note that only the English version is supported at this time. For more information and the download link, click here.
Hi, I recently received a notification "we detected that you are making API calls to the AWS Health service with an outdated Java SDK version (less than v1.12.468), which might result in failures". I am using Java 1.8 and don't want to upgrade it in the short time. How can I resolve this issue?
Hi Didier Durand, i am using Old version of jenkins which is hosted on AWS only. I am not using sdk in my application code anywhere. In the AWS Health Dashboard i am receiving the above notification but in the Affected Resource it's showing my AWS Account ID.So i am not completely sure which resource is causing this notification.Could you please help or guide me with identifying the resource , Thanks :)
Do you have some of your own code using Java triggered by Jenkins calling AWS Health ? Or do you use some Jenkins plugin to make those calls? If it is a plugin, you may have to update the plugin (and maybe Jenkins). If it is your own code, you will have to upgrade its dependencies to switch to AWS Java SDK v2 (see link that I posted)
AWS Health team will periodically perform fail-over tests and we would like to ensure you are not impacted by this. We undertake such fail-overs on a recurring basis to ensure that our services are highly available.
If you're having Player to Player connection issues like that in RA3, you shouldn't portforward. Your best option is to set your computer as the DMZ. Obviously, if you do that, it may give your friend problems if he wants to play RA3 at the same time as you on the same network. Is that the case?
My internet provider changed the router's IP user/pass so i cannot change my router's settings.
However I was able to access my friends router through team viewer, reboot it, portforward, etc.
I know this is an old post, also early merry Christmas and new year to everyone. Also Toxic, I would understand, I do, I mean. DMZ is always the easier way to fix usually the port forwarding problems. Still wouldn't suggest it, only if you're having really big problems with the Router and the Windows' Firewall itself (being not cooperative), otherwise, better the trouble and keeping yourself (a little) more secure and not exposing yourself to "hackers" or anyone who decides to do anything malcious from a DMZ-free connection.
i am still having the same problem as mentioned on this thread. whenever i try to log in to red alert 3 using cnc online and revora, join or host a game, it says connectivity issues or connections are in progress 1-2. i have not been able to play a single game. i tried to forward all the ports, enabling and disabling DMZ, but nothing has worked so far. i would really love some help as this is one of my favorite games.
i am perhaps way too late for this party but i kinda have same problem i don't get all that port forward and DMZ and whatnot but what i do know is that i need this pesky problem fixed did anyone find how to fix it or does the search continue ?
event.kind gives high-level information about what type of information the event contains, without being specific to the contents of the event. For example, values of this field distinguish alert events from metric events.
The value of this field can be used to inform how these kinds of events should be handled. They may warrant different retention, different access control, it may also help understand whether the data coming in at a regular interval or not.
An example is collecting indicators of compromise (IOCs) from a threat intelligence provider with the intent to use those values to enrich other events. The IOC events from the intelligence provider should be categorized as event.kind:enrichment.
