(2)  $2300/mo, currently being renovated, will be available late Sept/ Oct 1, flexible dates.  Sunny, freshly renovated 1 bdr + on second floor of same Victorian home.  Self-contained.  Five rooms: living room, bedroom, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, bonus room suitable as office, guest room, or separate dining room.  Wifi possible with range extender, other utilities separate.  Central AC.  Driveway parking. Shared patio and yard. Free laundry in basement.
