Franklin update - fence going up

From the Building Commissioner Josh Morse:

This is just a quick update to let you know that we will be putting up our construction fence around the fields to the west of the current Franklin School next week. This will allow us to prepare for the site preparation phase of the project. 

We'll have our first community construction update meeting next month, at which time we'll review the site logistics plan and the project milestone schedule. Once we have a date and time, I will send out a Zoom link.
