No real mystery about this. The name "Bluebird" was reported at least as early as January of last year in the Patch.

This year, at least two building permits were issued for the restaurant; one permit gives its full name as the Bluebird Bar & Wood-Fired Grill. (The list of building permits is not searchable; one has to go one-by-one through the monthly lists of issued permits. Since I didn't know the restaurant's name at first, I went through the pdf's looking for the address.)

They're members of the (formerly Newton-Needham) Chamber of Commerce:
