Devoted Father of Anne Chagnon and her Husband Paul, Elizabeth Philipson and her Husband Jonathan, Gina Cheetham and her Husband John, Lisa Barrette and her Husband William, Joseph Salvucci, Maria Lopez and her Husband Thomas. Dear Brother of Marie Salvucci and the late Ralph Salvucci, Josephine Cedrone and Eleanor Cetrone. Loving Grandfather of 9 and Great-Grandfather of 7. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sal was honored to serve his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Visiting hours in the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home, 365 Watertown St, Rt. 16, Newton, Tuesday from 3-8PM and again on Wednesday morning at 9:30AM, before proceeding to Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St, Newton for a 10:30AM Funeral Mass. Burial Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sal’s name may be made to Good Shepherd Community Care, 90 Wells Ave, Newton, MA 02459.
