Heat Pump Recommendations

Hi Neighbors,

We are thinking of having a heat pump for cooling and heating installed as an add-on to our existing Lennox high-efficiency hot-air furnace using the existing ductwork. This would supply cooling in the summer and heating during the warmer “shoulder seasons” when the heat pump is more efficient than our gas furnace.

Looking for feedback from others who have had this done.
