You may want to avoid Washington St by Kempton Place/ Newton Crossing construction. Fire Dept is testing turning radius into Kempton Place under proposed curb configuration, and movement of jersey barriers is involved. Test may be done by 2pm but the jersey barriers will have to be put back. NPD is alternately waving eastbound and westbound traffic through.
