Subject: Looking for a place to live in Newton

Here are the details:  

I'm knocking down my house in Newtonville and developing it into town houses. I am going to need a place to live in Newton.

I'm looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom apartment, condo or house.  My 25 year old daughter will be living with me and my 12 year old daughter will be living with me. My 22 year old son who is in the military would only visit maybe once in the course of a year, for a week,  if he is granted leave. I also have a 9 year old yellow lab, on the smaller side for labs, very sweet, doesn't bark, bite or chew. She just sleeps all day. 

I need parking for 2 cars. 

My 12 year old daughter will be attending Day Middle School so I really need to be on the north side of Newton.  

I anticipate my construction project to commence late November, so I could do anywhere from an October 1 start date for the  lease, up to December 1st.  I'm looking for a one year lease with potential to renew depending on the circumstances of my project. 

I am willing and able to pay the entire year lease amount in advance. I am happy to pay an additional security deposit for the dog if that is necessary. 

I am also a licensed construction supervisor (GC) and an HVAC/ mechanical contractor, if that matters, if a potential landlord might want to discuss any projects at the house I would be renting.
