I have always voted in every election mainly hoping whomever I cast my vote for will go to Washington DC to do the right thing for the people that voted for him or her. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore from our elected officials. I am a former government worker and know many friends on food stamps. I blame both sides, Democrats and Republicans.  It's easy to do what they are doing when most of them are wealthy while others don't have a paycheck and are in food lines to help feed their families.  I can go into my gripes about who is running the country but I won't. What I can say is for the rest of my life I will never cast a vote for anyone again. This country is broken and so am I.

I want to first say that I like Paul Kilduff and consider him a friend and we have respectfully had differences of opinion, especially regarding politics.

In this case, I actually share his frustration with what is happening on the national stage, but have reached a different conclusion.

PLEASE VOTE

This election is a local election. It is the election where your vote will make the MOST difference and the MOST impact.

Please vote. If you need a ride, call ... if I can't take you myself, I can try to find someone.

It may take 30 min out of your day ... if that. You ABSOLUTELY can leave blanks!! Turn in your ballot!!! You don't have to vote for anyone or anything you don't believe in, but please ... make the effort to vote.

if you’re not at the table, you’re on it. go vote.
