If you/your tenants or your neighbors in West Morgan Neighborhood have any bulky items that you want to discard, you can have it picked up for free by the City on Saturday June 13. By this Friday morning 5/15 I need to give Community Services an idea if this service is needed, so please let me know if you'll have something to pick up. Before June 13, I'll send another email to confirm that Community Services has scheduled our neighborhood for pick up, and any details.
West Morgan Neighborhood (area bounded by the south side of Hillsborough St., St. Mary's St., the railroad tracks, and the east side of Ashe Ave.) is registered with the City of Raleigh. Please share this info with your neighbors as I only have a few addresses.
Sorry for the late notice, I just now learned of this opportunity.
Thanks!

Hello Neighborhood Leaders,
I hope you are all well! I am e-mailing to see if you would like to have an area clean up on June 13th in your respective neighborhood. This is done at no cost to you, or the neighborhoods. This is a perk of being a registered community with the City of Raleigh. If you would like to have a cleanup, all I need you to do is e-mail back and say “include my neighborhood” and I do all rest (Well…except for taking the trash to the side of the street…J)! From there, I will send out a postcard from the city letting the patrons in your area know that the city will be coming out to pick up their bulky trash items on June 13th. The post card I will send out have all the specifics on it. Please let me know by this Friday morning at the latest. (Sorry for the short turnaround)
All the Best!
