and you have clicked and given away your email account password

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD RIGHT NOW

in fact change it twice (so a techie friend told me) 

I received the same email from a friend  a few days ago. He often sends me documents so I went along with it (stupid me) and now you are all suffering.

Too late I've changed my own password, yes twice.

Change your password before you put all your contacts through this.

Sorry everyone, (especially if you got this for a second time, not everyone else did)
