there is a Learners meeting tomorrow night, Monday the 11th at Jim's
at 7.00
we are getting ready for Software Freedom Day,

so far the schedule looks like this:
Next Monday August 18 Pia Waugh comes and talks at Uni 5.30 "Women in
Computing" and 7.30 "SFD and Open Source". Please promote this to any
high schoolers who may be interested. I'm sure we can arrange
transport. Encourage parents and teachers along too. Good sources of

September 20 Saturday - is Software Freedom Day - the LOGIN team are
finding halls and giving talks and giving away more CDs.
