I will send out an agenda separately but we'll be having a planning meeting for our projected Missions Action Camp and Pow Wow. We will be going out to Camp Koinonia immediately following our meeting site survey/meeting at Refuge. Their Pastor will be able to give us a short window for hearing about this Camp. He will be giving us vision of what they would like to have accomplished labor wise.

I plan to be there at 8 AM to get staged and engage with their Pastor. After conversing with a few commanders they will be better if we start at 9 AM. So we will start at 9 AM and end with fellowship lunch than go out to Koinonia.
