Dear Patrice,

At our Board Meeting we discussed the performance of our dealers
worldwide and the contribution each had made to our business during
2011.

We were unanimous in our selection of you as Dealer of the Year, not
only for the car sales that you have made in exceptionally difficult
times, but your continued constructive comments about our products
supplied to you. You have been instrumental in helping us step up our
game and progressively improve our products and service. We know that
with your continued support we will continue to improve.

So it gives me great pleasure to appoint you Dealer of the Year and I
will present a trophy to you in France soon.
