П. 1937. I sell USD on pallets. Calculation: SBLC SWIFT MT 103/72+72 with blocking for 50 million USD. SBLC ICC 590(USP98) BG SBLC ICC 758 BG ICC 758 Four instrument options acceptable to the Supplier. For any of these instruments included in the Agreement, the Supplier will ship a trial batch of 10 to 30 pallets to the Buyer in the free zone of Dubai airports/Abu Dhabi/Oman/Zurich/Geneva/Budapest to choose from. The Buyer will be able to pay for this shipment in non-cash dollars or USDT trc20 (at the request of the Buyer) after verification procedures, logging into the system and signing the Acceptance Certificate and take ownership. For the rest of the deliveries, volumes and payment methods, the Parties will agree in direct communication. The above SWIFT format can be left for subsequent shipments at the request of the Buyer. The commission for intermediaries from the Buyer's side is 2.5% "sewn" into the Agreement and does not require additional side contracts. The discount for the Buyer in any case is 30%.

Origin: OMAMI.
Quantity: 2,000,000 barrels first trial lift (first spot), and, then up to 4,000,000 barrels per month thereafter, for twelve (12) months term contact, with increases, rolls and extensions.
Delivery Terms: C&F.
Price: BRENT PLATT, MINUS USD 11 PER BARREL GROSS, AND MINUS USD 13 NET.
Inspection: SGS, or equivalent as per Buyer´s option.
Payment Method: By MT103 Swift upon successful verification of SGS, or equivalent as per Buyer´s option at Discharge Port.
Payment Guarantee for: By DLC MT700/SBLC MT700 with the value of monthly quantity valid for the contract period issued OR confirmed by top 50 bank. The DLC/SBLC will be non-operative to be Operative automatically by the Seller’s 2% PB. DLC/SBLC should be Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving and Confirmed issued or Confirmed, issued or confirmed by one of top 50 Banks.
Commission: $1.00 (One - and 00/100 Dollar) per barrel, 50% SELLER’S SIDE CLOSED and 50% BUYER’S SIDE OPEN. To be paid by the SELLER to all intermediaries under NCNDA&IMFPA that Will be Issued by Seller.
