Hi Gents,

Everyone who has fully registered (Form Submitted / Payment Made) has been sent a Voting Pin and the link to the voting Ballot, which is here---> https://forms.gle/5V7BZDfFczqQ3fn2A
Thank you to the 99 guys so far who took the time (about 30 seconds) to show their support by filling out and submitting one
eVoting closes at Midnight on Sunday the 15th
During the Annual Meeting on February 21st, any Relic present who is eligible to vote, and did not vote online may vote in person. This includes voting for any Relic who might have offered or accepted a nomination "on the floor" during the meeting.
At the conclusion of the "on the floor" portion of voting at the Annual Meeting, any "on the floor" votes will be added to the eVoting tallies and the final results shared.

By the way...I'm well aware of the Conflict Of Interest that WOULD HAVE existed if any other Relic was running for Treasurer or Registrar - since I'm also "managing" the eVoting process. And if someone else HAD run...I certainly would have asked for a couple of other Relics to co-manage and oversee the process for the sake of transparency. It simply wasn't necessary in this case. I hope everyone agrees.
