Umpires.

This is just a reminder. The umpires are volunteering their time and effort to help out with the games. They are doing their best to be fair and call the games as they see it. No umpire is showing favoritism to any team and to suggest so is just wrong and insulting. Before criticizing the umpires, why don't you put on an orange shirt and volunteer yourself. We, as umpire understand that our calls are not going to please everyone and half of the players will disagree with them at some point in time. We can take some discussions about calls, but at no time should a player ever call someones integrity into question. That is both wrong and disrespectful. 

From this point forward I will be instructing all umpires to deal with the coach only. Any appeals MUST go through the coach or designated player. Coaches are to inform the umpire before the game on who can appeal the plays. 

I hate that it has to come to this, but we lost a volunteer last night because of the arguing.
