Tommy, this is a great idea. July and August games should be played in the mornings. It would be better for everyone's health. It's never made sense to me that we old guys play in the hottest part of the day!  Steve W

Only problem I can foresee,  is not all Gold Members are retired.  They would have difficulty making those games that early in the morning.

The premise makes a lot of sense with all of the heat related postponements.  But Bob makes a great point about some guys still working.  Another issue is that some players like myself have long travel distances.  For me personally, I’d probably need to get up around 6/6:15 to make it work for me.  That’s something I’m not interested in doing.  There may be others who feel the same way.  Thanks for listening.  Chris Saunders
