Tom, first of all I think you’re doing an admirable job in the position of Public Relations Chairperson and you have my vote
Secondly I completely agree that it would be beneficial to the organization if no one ran unopposed.
I also feel strongly that we need term limits for all positions in order to have different perspectives, move forward and not remain stagnant. Applicants should have an in person interview stating their qualifications for the position and their goals for their term

I agree.

Sure - all that would take is for other guys to offer to serve.  But none have done that.

Really?  We can't even get more than one guy to offer to serve in a position and you're suggesting we kick the ones who are willing to serve off?  Why exactly?  How would this be a good thing, Tommy?
