What's YOUR favorite Glove conditioner?

So i took some internet advice and THOROUGHLY wiped the pocket/palm area of my glove with a damp towel.  Plenty of nastiness (dirt, grime, dried sweat no doubt...yuck) came off and now it's quite clean but OH SO DRY AND SLICK.  And it's rough in places.

Definitely needs some type of oil or other lubing product to soften it and bring a little tackiness back.

So let's hear it!  What is YOUR favorite treatment for such a glove?
