The Springfield Police Departments Narcotics Division continues to
arrest major drug dealers in the City of Springfield under
Commissioner Fitchets plan to rid the Springfield of drugs and the
people who sell them..........

This morning at 8:20 A.M. the narcs raided a dwelling located at
33 Murray Hill Avenue and arrested the following suspect....
Roberto Feliciano age 38 of 33 Murray Hill Avenue, charges....
a) Trafficking in Cocaine 28-100 grams
b) Violation of a Drug Free School Zone
c) Unauthorized Reproduction and Transfer of Sound and Movies
d) Illegal Sale of Recorded Devices

The narcs had Mr. Feliciano under surveillance and investigation for
over a month. Feleciano was supplying Crack Cocaine and powder Cocaine
to street dealers in the North End of the City. The investigation led
the officers to obtain a District Court Search Warrant at his address
located at
33 Murray Hill Ave. Just prior to the raid team entering the house the
surveillance officers spotted Feliciano leaving his dwelling. He was
tailed to the front of 79 Alexander Street in the North End and
arrested without incident. Back at his dwelling the narcs seized the
following...
70 grams of pure Cocaine
$3,288.00 in cash
drug ledgers
scales, packaging material, a police scanner, material to change
powder cocaine into Crack
Apparently Mr. Feliciano took time away from his Cocaine business to
dabble in the illegal DVD market. Detectives discovered a large
Computer Tower and DVD burner along with 92 "Bootleg" movies, a label
machine, empty DVD cases and everything used to make illegal bootleg
movies. Detectives shut down this operation also and brought forward
the appropriate charges.
(One stop shopping...some Crack and a just released movie to go....)
Mr. Feliciano will be arraigned later today in Springfield District
Court.
