Fraternity/ Sorority rushing

Folks,

With rushing uponess let me be very clear! 

I expect everyone to either :

1) Work their shifts 2) Have a sub lined up ahead of time 3) Start asking for a sub days in advance

4) If no sub is found then work your shift!

Failure to do so will lead me to taking you off your shift and assign it to someone else!!.

If I get one inkling that this is a struggle I will make these decisions swiftly.

Everyone has done a good job but I know what types of pressure rushing creates not just socially but also academically!
