Westerley Centenary Dinner - Final Arrangements

The dinner is this Saturday 16th November 2024 from 6:30pm. The Venue is the Drayton Court Hotel, 2 The Avenue, W13 8PH (which is very close to West Ealing Station).
Although this will be a relatively informal evening, it is a significant club event in a nice hotel, so can I ask people to dress either smart or smart casual.
There are ongoing refurbishment works in the hotel part of the venue so we are now in The Ballroom, which is on the floor below the main bar. To get to The Ballroom either walk straight through the main bar, out through the glass doors and down the outside steps (which are metal and painted black). Alternatively, the step free access is go a short distance along the road to the left of the hotel (Gordon Road) and on the right there is an access road to the hotel car park. Follow that straight along and The Ballroom is at the end on the right.
The ballroom has its own bar which will be staffed from 6.30, so please aim to arrive between 6.30 and 7.00 for pre dinner drinks and socialising. We will be looking to get seated for dinner around 7.30.
So people have more flexibility to circulate and catch up, there will not be a seating plan. Instead there will be a card with your name and meal choices on it. Take your card and sit where you want, the waiting staff will see what your food choices are from the card. If you want to swap places between courses, feel free, just take your card with you!
If you have ordered the crumble for dessert, they can no longer get the plant based coconut ice cream so it will now come with chocolate plant based ice cream.
Attached is the final attendance list where you can remind yourself what food choices you have made.
