The attached minutes and copy of new constitution has been sent to Roger
to circularise to club members to ask people if anyone would be
interested in taking on the chair person job on the HCCUC, as Allison
Grant former chair person stepped down a few months ago.

Please see minutes of yesterday's meeting, together with a (hopefully)
final version of the new Constitution, which I believe accurately
reflects the decisions of the meeting.
Please advise your clubs of the request for nominations for the new
Chair of HCCUG. Nominations should be received not later than three
weeks before the EGM on 3 November, i.e. by 13 October.
