Come join us TONIGHT Sunday, April 14 for our next quarterly OCSC Singles + Midsingles Devotional, “Rejoice, Reach Out, Rescue -- Finding Joy in Serving Others" with President Kevin Monson.
Kevin Monson was recently released as a counselor in the stake presidency of the Huntington Beach California Stake. He has served as bishop of a family ward and as bishop of a young single adult ward. From 1997 to 2000, he served as president of the Uruguay Montevideo West Mission. Brother Monson is married to Susie Condie Monson, has four children, and five grandchildren. He is an attorney by profession, and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and the fried chicken at the Plaza Inn at the end of Main Street in Disneyland.
President Monson will share his thoughts on the importance we as singles need to proactively reach out and rescue others (which also is the theme of the upcoming OC Conference in August).
We expect several hundred singles of all ages (31+) from all over SoCal (OC, LA, SD, IE, Ventura) in attendance...so you know it's worth the drive for you to attend :)
