To be honest, when I got this news the day before, I was not as excited as I heard the news that you hit the $1 M milestone 2 years ago. I do not know why, maybe because this is so predictable, or maybe it is not big enough for our CHAMPION team. I was just not as excited as 2 years ago. I have no idea what next news from Rocky and Miranda can really make me feel excited, might be your $5 M ring, or even $10 M Ring.------But I do feel excited everyday to follow up the giant's footprint and be a part of the financial industry revolutionary!

All the leaders in CHAMPION team, let us work harder everyday, and PUSH Rocky and Miranda UP! and UP! and UP, and be a part of the legend.

Dear everyone,

 

As some of you may already knew that I just past $1.5 million cash flow in less than 12 months.  Appreciate all your hard working and great team work!

For me, I am thinking the next steps - 2 m, 3 m, 5 m cash flow.  This is the proud of our whole Champion Team. Specially, the major leaders and doers are the proud!  I am seeing a new generation of potential leaders are coming on to the stages and standing up!

 

General features of different levels of cash flow:

 

1. 0 – $50K, personal skill development stage:

 

This is the most difficult period for new dreamers who have to face a new world and get used to all kinds of rejections and objections.  Just like the stage when body muscles are first built - painful, nevertheless, constructive.

 

2. $50K – $150K, personal skill mature and organizational skill development stage:

 

Team begins to grow, system operation and organizing skill begin to develop

 

3. $250K stage – team with a few strong leaders formed – leadership development stage

 

4, $500K – $2 M – team duplication stage – building skill develop and grow stage

 

The rest, maybe the vision and legacy with big heart development.
