Dear ALL,

Thank you so much for all the warm wishes and congrats messages. Justine and I are so happy to be promoted Marketing Director, even we are very tiny today in whole WFG! This business is really amazing with great TEAM work and recognition! I never had this feeling before in the previous organizations I was in. I love this business!

I can not select the accurate words to express my feeling of gratitude to my mentors Baoqing, Joanne and Rocky for un-conditional care and supports, constantly stretching my vision and lifting me up! I feel so lucky to work with their leadership. You are my lifetime mentors and friends. Thank you!

I also want to express my appreciation to my team, Shujuan and Zanzan, Su Nan and Meggie, Zijin and Kelvin, Lu, Mai chee, ......(sorry for not listing all your names here) for your believing in WFG and me, for your hard work and supports! Without my TEAM, I can not get this promotion. Thank you!

I also want to say "THANKS A TON" to my brothers and sisters in this business, Xiyin, Yaobang, Sunny&Ken, Ling, Dianxia, Anna, Sophia, Tangtang, Sarah, Haihong, Vickie, Jan, Xuping, Yuemei, Licong, Lihua, Sam, Ying, Bunny, Judy, Nianke, Wenyan, Cathy, Jojo, Jianhua, Jane Fu, Jianmin, Cindy, Jason Chen, and Wei Yong, Zhenxiang, Guangning, David, Bing, Jerry, Meiling, Sherry, Shirley, Jenna,......(Sorry again for not listing all your names here!) for your encourage and inspirations. I am thrilled to announce that Jason Li/Justine Liu from WI are officially promoted to Marketing Director today!!! 

Let me take a retrospective and summarize what this couple did to achieve this major milestone. 

Jason started later 2007, to be frank, initially this business was not on his priority list, however the good thing about him is that he is always open minded and courteous, and this gave himself chances to be informed and one day being triggered, that day came in later 2009 when he heard that his respected friend Wei Yong (newly promoted MD in Jan 2014) committed to do the business as his major priority. 

For the past few years, he experienced lots of up and downs, however, his belief grows just stronger after each setbacks! Looking back, I believe following contributed to his breakthrough today:

• Committed for big events, he never missed the big events since 2010, this including new year kick offs, regional events and company conventions. 

• Team above me attitude, he cares his teammates and spent tremendous time on building genuine friendship and relationships,  he has the patience and easy going character to talk with anybody, his friends has a variety of vast different backgrounds. He never give up on any of them if there is still hope. With his leadership and nurturing right now he has developed rising leaders such as Nan Su, Jane Song, Maichee Xiong, Jane Feng, Lu Li just to name a few.

• Took early ownership, he signed the whole office lease when he was a Senior Associate, and invested on the office equipment and furniture. In addition, he exercised leadership for not only his own team, but also sideline teams. He shares the joy and growing pain together with each of them.

• Strong family support, he has full support from his wife Justine, they have a lovely boy which is one of the major motivations for him to be successful in the business.
  

Jason, I know that you have a much bigger goal, continue the momentum, with the re-strategy and re-focus, you should be able to move to the next level in the very near future.  I know you are a servant leader, continue leading up front, you will be amazed how much you can achieve here.

Congratulations on Jason/Justine and the team, I am proud of you all and firmly believe each of you can achieve more in the remainder of the year!!
