Both Anna and Lixin are hard working, coachable, have very good credibility among their friends; both quit their 6-figure income jobs to be in business full time; both took early leadership assisting Tang Tang to set up and operate the WA office; both of them have never missed a big event and attended Elite Circles.

Anna was a network engineer in University of Washington before she joined the business. She is mother of two young kids. She has a vision and aspires to build a big team.  She came to our business with a humble attitude to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership. She never hesitates to step up to contribute whenever the team needs her. Anna has great work ethic and is a great organizer.  She is courageous to take on new tasks and will always deliver fantastic results through thorough practices and preparations. What I am really proud of her is that she held high standard of promotion and did not want to be promoted until she has demonstrated the ability to independently recruit and sale!

Lixin has a Phd in mechanical engineering. She also has two young kids. She is passionate, and always brings incredible positive energy to the office. Lixin and her husband Changshun have a big helping heart, big vision and are always able to think and do things with the big picture in mind. They are firm believers of what we do for families. This couple have been very independent since day ONE in business. With their strong belief and sincere, optimistic attitude, they are good at moving people to events, helping the team to recruit, sale and achieve promotions.  they are action takers, facilitators, problem-solvers with very low maintenance and high results!

Great job Anna and Lixin/Changshun for being the pioneers and leading the examples of high standard! With the will to win and the habit to excel, I believe you will achieve your SMD promotion soon!
