We recently had our vents and dryer vents cleaned with Michael, and I’m really impressed with the service! A friend recommended this company, and now I understand why — they were professional, did a thorough job, and our airflow feels so much better. We had allergy issues at home, so this cleaning was really important for us, and the dust problem we’ve been dealing with is finally under control. They even mentioned our vents might never have been cleaned before! It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes — you can literally hear and feel the system running smoother.
They normally charge $400, but if 3–4 houses join together, it’s only $149 per house for one furnace, they’ll coordinate scheduling around what works best for us. If interested in joining and getting this group rate, just send me your phone number and address so I can add you to the list. Thanks! Or text me at 786-927-4854. Don’t forget to mention Michael’s name.

First of all. As any self respecting Port Engineer or engineering professional would know, "Duct Cleaning" in a home closed loop ventilating system fitted with MANDATORY filtering devices is nothing but a nonsensical rip off and false advertising.

In the most recent few years, the clever marketing guys, seeking the next high revenue, low cost to deliver service with minimal exposure to dissatisfied customers have set their eyes on DUCT CLEANING. Which is exactly why this service is so very heavily marketed.

Second of all, I have always been under the impression that the Westcoastportengineering group was to be and has been completely free of any and all advertising and marketing !!!???

Kindly knock this nonsense off!!!!

Respectfully,

Regards,
Bill Kelley

A fundamental basis for the WCPE group was to keep salespeople out and focus on collaboration and port engineering matters.  Not sure how a duct cleaning company got into our google group but it needs to stop.

Not that PEs have strong opinions or anything.

All,

Hope this email finds all of you well and not working too terribly hard these days!

There is a global setting on the account that allows anyone to email into the group, even those who are not members. I did flag/report this as spam.

That said, I no longer have access to make any administrative changes to this group.

Thank you,
Johanna

We’re currently scheduling a dryer vent cleaning with Michael, and if a few more neighbors are interested, we can get a group discount. Normally this service costs $399, but with multiple homes it drops to $149 per home. Cleaning your dryer vent is really important because lint and dust buildup can become a serious fire hazard if not maintained properly. We’ve used this service before, and they do an excellent job. (They also offer duct cleaning and chimney cleaning if needed)

If you’re interested, please send me your availability, home address, and phone number via email, or text me at 240-202-8145 and don't forget to mention Michael's name. I’ll add you to the list.
