The Turkey Day Regatta is November 21-22 at Alamitos Bay Yacht Club.
This is the 6th and final regatta of the 2009 PCC Series for the Maxam
Family Trophy.
You can see the current results at www.29ernorthamerican.org, about
the 9th clip down on the homepage.
Awards will be presented to the following:
The Maxam Family Perpetual Trophy will be engraved with the 1st place
Skipper and 1st place Crew.
Gift or trophy to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Skippers.
Gift or trophy to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Crews.
Gift or trophy to the top Jr. Skipper under 18 years old.
Gift or Trophy to the top Jr. Crew under 18 years old.
Gift or Trophy to the top female Skipper.
Gift or Trophy to the top female Crew.
If you plan to attend the Turkey Day please respond now so we can get
a sailor list going to get this event over 20 entries.

FYI - A discrepancy was discovered on the PCC Series Results. David
Liebenberg was scored incorrectly for the Elvstrom regatta and his

Hey All,
Im heading up to SF this weekend to sail with Annie for the Dan Brandt
Clinic at RYC, I hope to see a few other teams up there. Also, Annie
and I are heading to ABYC for the Turkey Day regatta, this will be my
6th year and I wouldn’t miss it for anything its such a fun event.

Just wanted to congratulate you all, the 29er fleet at a local event
over your way, is now as big as a local 420 event back in Florida. I
wish there was this kind of fleet over my way, but it looks like the
fleet is starting to show some growth.
