• Teams agreed to the tournament format on the call in August. Please see the email attachment for format details (second tab)
• Team draw will be done on 10/07 at 8:15 AM at Lettuce Park court. Please make sure one of your team's representative present during the draw.
• Please see Empire and Referee details for each game. We will finalize Empire and Referees for Finals after our pool games.
• First game is expected to start at 8:45 AM EST.
• Since we do not know which teams will play against which, all team members of each team are expected to present in courts by 8:45 AM EST. If the team is not fully present, they can opt to play with the players present or they can forfeit the game.

Note: 

Bhanu and Sireesha (throw ball contact) assured that the courts will be available for Volleyball games on time. Please note that start time is subjected to change based on the completion of throw ball semi-final games which will be played earlier around 8 AM that day.

Following is the schedule and the plan. Let me know if you have any concerns. 

League games are knock out games as well. Teams in pools are selected in a random draw on 08/26/17 at 8:15 AM while the teams are present. Captains or their representatives are expected to be present there.

Tournament format, schedule are attached here.

I will send conf call details for Captain's meeting and we can discuss open questions/concerns in that meeting.

Captains - please send the team player list and names.
