Hello SEPAC members,
I am passing this along from Ilyse Levine-Kanji who is one of our long-time SEPAC members. Ilyse coordinates our Special Olympics program which is a wonderful program right here in Westborough that my own children participate in. Please read the info below. We hope you can take part in this great activity this season!!
Special Olympics is a wonderful opportunity for children with and without special needs to practice a sport together. Westborough participates in soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter and swim in the spring.
Registration for the Westborough Wallabies basketball season is now open. Please visit:http://www.westbororec.com/info/activities/program_details.aspx?ProgramID=29819&CategoryID=0
Practices will take place on Saturdays from 12:00-1:15 from January 3rd through March 28th at the Gibbons Middle School gym. There is no charge to participate, but you must register on-line and complete the Special Olympics of Massachusetts forms.
