Cares Family Resource Center, Inglewood We have an exciting fun filled calendar of a free activities that include: Health Education Classes - Evidence Based Diabetes Series-Wednesdays - Healthy Cooking classes- 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays of the month  - Mommy and Me Active Play - Fridays    Join us in August for two exciting classes: What: Healthy Seniors on the Go! This event will focus on learning healthy eating habits, staying active, keeping your diabetes in check and improving your overall wellness. Must RSVP, lunch provided When: August 23rd 9-12noon and 1-3p.m. Need help with weight management? Make an appointment to come see the Registered Dietitian.  One on one appointment to receive personal meal planning and nutrition counseling.
