Mercer County is seeking funding through the New Jersey Green Acres Program to improve a vacant lot and Southard Park at Ewing Street and Southard Street in Trenton, with plans to create the Harlan Joseph Peace Park. Proposed improvements include shade structures, a community stage, seating areas, gardens, trees, and playground equipment.
