The West Towne Condominium Association takes no role in the selling or buying of units in our complex.

Owners seeking to sell a unit, typically work with a realtor to do so. A search of homes for sale on MLS listings will usually show units available for purchase. Owners seeking to sell may also place a posting here.

Owners seeking to rent their unit(s) to a tenant, FIRST need permission from the board to do so. Having obtained permission, "landlord owners" usually place ads in online bulletin boards such as Craigslist. A search of such lists may show units available for rent. Owners seeking to rent out a unit may also place a posting here.

Solicitations to buy units not list for sale (here or elsewhere) will be removed. Since postings can be made only by a member of this group, this should not be a problem.
