Tried to email them couples of times, never got any feed back. And it looks like the online payment website has not been updated for a while as well.

I had a very difficult time getting in touch with them. I did finally get an email reply and they did take care of repairing the crumbling concrete by the unit I own.

I was told this is an emergency number answered 24 hours a day - try calling it. The emergency number is 220-9705. This is the office number - I called it several times, too. (608)222-9580

I am not impressed with them at all. They have not taken care of the other matters I emailed them about. Of particular concern was when the hot water heater was leaking in the unit I own (our son lived there). This took place on a Sunday. We had to call John, the man that used to care for WTC, in order to get anything taken care of.

At least do they care about collecting the condo fee? The website is not functional properly, how do I know they got my payment or I should start to drop my check in the 505 mailbox. That is also an issue if nobody is collecting them.
