We are an 80-Unit condominium on Madison's west side. Our address is 505 D'Onofrio Drive in Madison.

Our units are studios and one-bedrooms only; none are larger than 780 sq ft.

If you are interested in renting a unit here, please know that neither the association nor our management company handle rentals. Those owners who have permission to rent, have to find and check their own renters. If you saw an ad offering a unit for rent, please contact the person placing the ad.

We have no indoor or underground parking; we have just one outdoor parking space per unit.

We have no visitor parking; visitors must park along D'Onofrio Drive or along Zor Shrine Place.

We are just a few yards off the Madison Metro 67 route; we are 350 yards from Metcalfe's Foods, Dollar Tree, and Kwik Trip, and 400 yards from Walgreens.
