REMINDER: 2025 VNEA State Pool Tournament deadline - January 16, 2025.

The State Tournament is in Rapid City this year at The Monument. There is one registration form for team and singles. The league pays half the TEAM entry fee only (not green fees). If you split your team and are registering two teams for this tournament, the league will only pay for half the entry fees for one team.  AA and A teams need to pay the league $250.00 and B, C, and D teams need to pay $187.50.  Our deadline for the registration form and fees will be January 16, 2025. Please include the registration form and fees for team and singles entries with your weekly paperwork, dropping them off at the Breakroom or Kelly's or postmarked in the mail by January 16, 2025.  Because the league is paying half the entry fee for teams, please make all checks payable to the West River 8-Ball League as the league will send all the registrations and one check to D & S Vending.  The reason for our deadline is that we need at least a week to get everything ready to send to D & S Vending. DO NOT mail registrations directly to D & S Vending; because if you do, the full payment for team registrations will be required.   Players must have 8 weeks of league play by February 1, 2025, to qualify for the State Tournament. State fees must be separate from the weekly playing fees for accounting purposes.
