9 Ball Packets

9 ball packets were delivered to Breakroom Billiards today.  When your designated player picks up your packet, please sign who got it on the sheet provided.

Most of you probably know by now that 9 ball on compusport is live as of last night.  you should be able to go to West River Pool Leagues 2025 and find your team name and division.

FYI:  For those that did not get to the 9 ball meeting on that snowy Thursday night, we did have some changes to the rules.  Our 9 ball League this year (and possibly further) is now...

Call the 9 ball.  The 9 ball cannot be called on the break and therefore is not a win if made on the break.  If the 9 ball is pocketed on the break, the 9 (or another unused ball) is spotted and the breaker remains at the table as long as a foul is not committed on the break shot.

Only the 9 ball needs to be called to win the game, all other balls are still "slop".

Secondly, when racking, only the 1 ball and the 9 ball need to be racked in position.  The 1 ball in the front of the diamond, and the 9 ball in the middle of the diamond.  All other balls have no definate postion in the rack.

9 ball starts this Thursday, April 3rd, 7:00 pm start.
