Hey Neighbors!  Just sharing in case anyone is interested—I found a local guy for chimney sweeping who’s offering a big group discount $250 per house to $199 . if at least 4 homes join in. I’ve already booked mine, but if more of us sign up, we all get the half-off deal. The date will be set based on how many neighbors want to join, so the sooner we confirm, the sooner we can get it done.
