After seeing the forecast, we'll be sailing next Monday, 5 April, in
our first annual Tomb Sweeping Regatta on the new course at Tiger
Hole.

We'll do several races for both classed as well as a combined fleet
"free-for-all". In addition to sailing, we'll have several new scale
models out along with kayaks for those interested in paddling about.
It all begins at 1200 with lunch at Zest followed by sailing on the
deck until 1700.

We'll have several coming in from Shanghai so please join us if you're
in town for the holiday.

Weather permitting, several of us will be out Sunday afternoon to get
in some much needed practice around the marks.

I stand corrected - Monday is the 6th.

Looking forward to it - looks like we'll a canoe in addition to the
kayaks out as well.

Let me know if anyone wants to get out Sunday for some practice once
the showers end.

Looks as though we'll have 6+ slated to race Monday. With all the
smack I've been reading in emails, it should be an interesting day on
the water.

Charly & I will be out practicing for a few hours Sunday afternoon on
the new course so if anyone wants to join, post here or call so we can
arrange times.

Today was a lovely day to be out once the sun broke through the
clouds. Lets hope tomorrow will be as nice with that steady wind from
the east.

After a short standoff with several current occupants of the lake, the
marks are now set for our new course. The swans have come to the sad
conclusion that they no longer own Tiger Hole.

See you guys tomorrow at noon.
