IOM Sailing in China

I’m an expat living in Zhengzhou, currently working on a design/build
for an IOM with an interest in getting locals involved in RC sailing.

From reading articles that have been posted, it appears that the E
Class (variant on IOM) is prominent in this country.

Before I proceed in building a plug, I would appreciate any advice,
information, or relevant contacts that you can provide.
